This year round home is located at Oak Orchard On The Lake in Waterport, NY.
It it's a showcase home that every builder would love to create, and we are very grateful to have been selected by the owners to build this fine home. My wife Chris did an outstanding job making this into a masterpiece with a fairly limited and challenging simple footprint to work with. The stairway is the focal point of the home.
