Check out this "GIRL CAVE" we just completed remodeling in Blacksburg. We stole some space from the garage area to increase the size. New cabinetry from Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. was installed to add more storage space, along with some custom built cubbies for all the odd things that are hard to store. Specific cabinets were added to store items like her sewing machine so it can be tucked away out of sight. She is also using this area for crafting and entertaining so we gave her plenty of counter space. A metal sheet attached to one wall for pinning up ideas, and chalk board paint on another so the homeowner can make notes as she is thinks of them. She also incorporated a small wine cooler with all the accessories in one side of the tall storage cabinets. Is there a better way to get through that laundry than to be able the sit back watch some TV and sip on a glass of wine?
