We are today 10 by 12 concrete extension followed by a 12 by 10 Renaissance Medina insulated extruded aluminum patio cover. We then built a 30 inch knee wall using vinyl siding as the finish on inside and out with insulated panels inside.
We finished the room off by adding a insulated glass door and double-pane low we are gone gas windows with screens.
This was done with white panel roofs with all bronze aluminum trim gutters and framework. As a final touch we added some interior hanging lights and decorative rain chain downspouts on the exterior.
There are a lot of different options that you can do with these types rooms ranging anywhere from $7,500 to upwards of $30,000 depending on size and options. These rooms are considered full-blown additions to the home and in most cases are under air when finished but do not have to be. The Renaissance systems can be left open or can be screened in or glassed in as in this project.
