We started with a traditional L-Shape kitchen in a suburban split level home. We removed two walls and rearranged the layout to make it more functional. The beautiful centerpiece of this new functional kitchen is the island. The island not only serves as great prep space with power for appliances, but it serves as a great space for entertaining friends and family.
