This is our third home in the same Glenside development that we had the opportunity to complete. We opened up the wall and created a peninsula with a quartz waterfall countertop. The client wanted white cabinets on the kitchen side of the space and a darker warm stained wood tone that faces her dining room, the best way to finish off the exposed ends of the cabinets was to install a waterfall and it turned out so beautiful. This is a compact space but appears much larger after opening up the dining room wall. The wall was load bearing so we had to put in a new support beam that is tucked up under the drywall so it not visible.
