Nether Wallop was an unloved self service style restaurant that was in desperate need of a shake up. Out with the old serverys and in with elevated show kitchens forming a stage like environment for the chefs to showcase their skill. Extending the theatre way beyond the performance and into the dining experiences too. Inspired by market hall dining the food concepts will change to compliment the current show and ensure regulars are treated to a variety culinary delights. The back drop needed to stay neutral and adaptable to ensure the show kitchen takes centre stage. We also ensured we made the most of the double height space with suspended light instillations to give it that wow feel!

We can’t wait to continue our journey with the team at Glyndebourne and start working on Phase 2 later this year… watch this space.
