Description of work:

Exterior:
Aluminum vertical trellis, made in 2” x 6” rectangular members with Kynar finish.
Seamless glass railings at balconies and dock made with temper laminated glass. Top cap and bottom base with Kynar finish
Interior:
Steel Cantilever stairs, with 3 points of support. The treads have a conceal metal membrane that embraces the center stringer. Center stringer is electrostatic painted. Wood tread are made in solid oak wood
Standoff Seamless glass railings with temper laminated glass. Stainless steel brush solid standoff with stainless steel top cap and handrail.
