The home experienced a devastating fire that destroyed 100% of the interior and 80% of the exterior. When rebuilding, we collaborated with the client to replicate many of the Edwardian elements like the grand moldings & wainscoting and tall ceilings and doors. We used this opportunity to open up the space so it feels more airy, light and contemporary.
