Before we came along, the old, brown tile was falling apart. It had separated from the ground in certain parts and as not laid out correctly. It was clear that the prep work was not a high priority to the previous setters; however, that's why it's extremely important to us. This family with two young children can now breathe a little easier and enjoy their beautiful home, which is all we wanted.
