The Goodwin residence at Serratoga Falls is Lee’s most energy efficient home to date. With geothermal, heating and cooling, solar hot water and 30 photo voltaic panels, it has more renewables than many of the “greenest” homes in the area. The radiant cooling was the first in the state to the best of our knowledge. This passive solar designed home was drawn by Tomlinson Designs and has a super insulated building envelope as well.
