Goose Meadows, Roseville CA

This project could be considered a new build practically. We gutted the entire inside of the home. Removed and moved walls. Every single window was changed to square or rectangle with a European hinge system. The exterior of the home was completely redone from the hardscape, landscape, new roof, new paint, all new doors interior and exterior. This home took about a year to complete.

The pub table and chairs located in the kitchen was designed around the idea that this would be where people would enjoy their custom coffee drinks they made from the built in Miele Coffee Bar, located adjacent to the seating area.

The view into the kitchen from the peninsula shows the waterfall countertop on the peninsula and the unique design the homeowner requested which was the oven be on the counter and not below.

The hallway that leads to the bedrooms is elegant and every inviting. The dresser made of dark gray linen is used as a drop zone for keys and to check yourself one more time before stepping out. The faux cowhide rug grounds the area and brings in another layer of unexpected texture.
