Fast track renovation of a timber frame residence close to the shore. It was a tired 80's era interior that was fully refreshed including some plan changes on both the first and second floors. The goal was to try and bring a sense of a coastal Maine property back to the building and add some eclectic moments to the house at the same time. The team consisted of the following:
