This 76-troy ounce, 19" Gorham Martelé vase (design #1479) was created in 1899 and is made of .950/1000 purity silver. I removed a small panel dent, leveled the feet, then the vase was cleaned to remove any particulate and grunge from the surface. I used over 150 cotton balls and makeup pads with delicate polishes to restore its luster.
