This kitchen was a real challenge! Typical of many New England kitchens in that there were 5 doorways & 2 windows spread all around the kitchen which made designing an efficient, well-organized space difficult. Initially I tried working within the given parameters, but eventually came up with an "out of the box" design. The homeowner (an Engineer by trade) immediately saw the possibilities and could not be more delighted with the results. I swear that the food DOES taste better!
