We undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the lower ground floor in this Grade-listed property, incorporating both sensitive restoration and modern upgrades. Structural alterations were carefully planned to enhance functionality, while the rear wing was restored to create a new, fully fitted shower room. The original York stone flooring was meticulously removed, restored, and then reinstalled throughout the space over a new wet underfloor heating system—harmoniously blending historical character with contemporary comfort and efficiency.
