LMA Group converted a former doctor’s Maisonette overlooking Gramercy Park into a modern two bedroom plus study home, while retaining its beautifully proportioned pre-war character. The original stained glass window was removed in sections, taken to an off-site studio, re-leaded and reinstalled. The extensive and highly detailed cabinetry was fabricated in LMA’s millwork shop.
