The Stainless steel elevator doors, service door were transformed with painted wood
Grand Dunes
The walls throughout both levels were created with a custom color of Venetian Plaster. Doors and moldings were glazed & pin-striped throughout the family room,dining, bedrooms, bathrooms and closets.

The Walls have a textured Metallc Venetian Plaster Finish. The ceiling was sprayed with Metalllic Pearl Paint. The ceiling medallion was color matched to the chandelier. Doors and moldings were glazed & pin-striped throughout the bedroom, bathroom and closets.

The ceiling was plastered with multiple layers of metallic Plasters. A custom designed Stencil was applied using an embossed technique. The medallion was gilded to match & compliment the chandelier.

The ceiling has a metallic paper plique faux finish. The doors & moldings were decoratively glazed and pin-striped. The walls are textured Strie' Metallic Plasters.

The bedroom wall & bathroom walls have a metallic pink paint and a soft glaze. The cabinets were painted, glazed with a distressed finish & spray sealed topcoat.
