Interior alteration to existing rowhouse on DC's Grant Circle. Created an open kitchen and dining room on first floor, added ensuite bathroom to second floor, and created finished basement with rec room, bedroom, and wet bar. Salvaged and exposed existing hardwood floors, brick walls, and character-rich 5 panel wood interior doors with transom windows.
