This project included a complete renovation of the front entry. We built a full-range, thermal pattern 2 flagstone patio and walkway to the garage. We also built the walls, pier planters, and propane fire pit using Falcon Mist building stone and custom flagstone caps. The pier caps were solid 4' x 4' caps with cut centers for a very clean finish.

We used XL flagstone for the bench seating so we could custom-cut the radius of the bench using longer sections. Using less joints gives the bench a more luxurious finish and accents it from the flagstone on the top of the wall and fire pit. This completed the look after doing the walls with mortar-less joints.

We also renovated the driveway by reducing the center island with an exposed aggregate concrete border, which makes the turn-around more useful than it was.

The landscaping included boxwood foundation planting throughout plus Otto Luyken Laurels, Nandinas, and Sky Pencil Hollies. Other perennials plus a single-stem Crape Myrtle and Little Gem Magnolia will be planted in a few weeks. The showpiece tree is the 5" cal. specimen Weeping Cherry tree in the center island.

Other elements included a complete LED lighting package and installing a water fountain into the patio.
