What a difference 8 months can make! This front yard transformation began with the removal of invasive grasses and overgrown plantings. In their place, we designed and installed lush, well-structured garden beds using over 80% native plants.

We transformed this unkept, uneven backyard into a clean, functional space for both relaxation and play. The homeowners wanted areas to entertain and lounge while their kids had room to enjoy the outdoors. We regraded the yard, managed drainage, and installed a spacious flagstone patio and walkways.

What was once a bare patch of dirt is now a serene, shaded retreat tucked beneath a beautiful existing tree. We installed natural flagstone to define the space and create a cozy, multifunctional nook—perfect for children to play or for anyone to sit and unwind in the dappled light.

This narrow side yard was once filled with invasive plants, making access to the backyard. We cleared the vegetation, regraded the slope, and built a dry-stacked stone wall to stabilize the area and add structure.

This side yard was once soggy, compacted, and difficult to maintain, with runoff regularly spilling into the neighbor’s property. On behalf of the client we botained approval for a conservation landscape installation and rebate though the Montgomery County Rainscapes program.

This property originally featured a narrow, one-car asphalt driveway with difficult access to the house due to a steep slope and tight layout. The existing concrete walkway was rarely used, and getting out of the car felt cramped.
