The Great Valley School District is currently in the process of designing and building a new school to address growing enrolment. The new facility will be a 5/6 Center that will welcome all fifth and sixth grade students district-wide, shifting that enrolment out of our current elementary and middle schools. The 5/6 Center will be a state-of-the art facility that will be located on the site adjacent to the current K.D. Markley Elementary School.

Scope and Realisations
Our main responsibilities are:

1. LOD 350 Model
2. Mechanical ducting, piping modeling.
3. Fabrication shop drawing creation.
4. BIM Coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP) and clash detection.
