Our Green Lake homeowners decided a custom built home was necessary to accommodate their growing family of four. The original tiny single-story house was built in 1905 and was only 650 SQFT and nestled on a small 2,000 SQFT lot. They envisioned a Pacific Northwest Modern floor plan which would maximize the space of small lot and allow their family to continue to enjoy the central location of Green Lake. The new home now features three living levels and a rooftop deck.
