10 Greene St lies in the heart of Soho’s Cast Iron District. A landmark building, 10 Greene Street features typical, double-hung windows, and three classic, solid wooden doors on its first floor. A unique, sloped skylight was also installed on the building’s rear elevation. The fifth floor and rooftop is home to a three-story penthouse. This stunning penthouse boasts an ultramodern façade, cutting-edge glazing, a walkable skylight. It also features a sliding door which leads out onto its own rooftop terrace. With our experience and expertise, we were able to breathe new life into this building whilst ensuring that it met all of the landmark specifications set forth by the New York Landmark Commission.
