The Greenfields moved to Virginia Beach from Oregon to be with their children and grandchildren. The Greenfields purchased a 1970's home via short sale and we did their master suite first, which gave them a safe space for Phase 2 (the rest of the house)! The bathroom had a sunken tub in the floor, so we removed that and stole some extra closet space to create a curbless walk-in shower. We also installed heated floors, under-vanity lights, and a television/linen cabinet. For Phase 2, we removed three walls from the main living area to create an open floorplan. The kitchen flows right to the living room and back! Stay tuned for Phase Three, the deck and screened in porch!
