This house forever changed the view of what a spec home and a parade home should be. Designed as a spec for the 2002 Gallatin Valley Parade of homes, the design reflects the developer's desire to create a one of a kind home and set the standard for high quality building in the Green Hills Ranch neighborhood. The house was built with reclaimed wood and hand hewn siding--the architects were ahead of their time in the use of these materials for a spec/parade home.
