Greenwich Street Loft

A project that exemplifies luxury loft living. Located at the top of a historic Tribeca building—originally a Philadelphia Cream Cheese cold storage warehouse in the 1920s—this penthouse has undergone a complete transformation from a neglected space into a premier residence. Through careful planning and meticulous attention to detail, the structure was converted into a comfortable, spacious duplex that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living areas.
