Post divorce, this client had nothing but a plastic garden chair, a mattress, and a cat (and a charming apartment in the heart of Greenwich Village). But he also had the opportunity to start anew and the freedom to do what he wanted with his home. Our initial direction as dictated by the client: "Mad Men".
So we built his design plan with very specific parameters to achieve a mid-century look, that didn't look like an office.
