After searching and touring various homes, we found THE ONE! This home was posted as a "Coming Soon" listing that we couldn't resist! We made an offer and it as accepted by the Seller's as written! I'm so excited for them to build their family memories in their new home! They will be adding some tie upgrades to the home, which will also be posted in this project with before and after!
