The new homeowner of this 100+ year-old home did a major renovation. They raised the ceiling as much as possible and made the design as workable for their cooking style as possible. Since the home is older, we ran into challenges and had to alter some plans on the fly. The homeowners were very adaptable and we came out with a very good design that fit their needs.
