Featured in the Houzz Story 'Room of the Day: A Converted Garage Grooves Out in California'. This studio unit makes extensive use of vintage teak and walnut furniture to create a mid-century vibe. Creating space for all the normal activities of living was a priority, such as sleeping, dining, socializing and storage. Bright colors are inspired by the '70s lucite chandelier. The low slung walnut chairs were reupholstered in a modern fabric using natural organic latex foam cushions, wrapped in wool.
