Originally built as a diwaniya in the 80s (Sabah AlSalem block 6), this space was never used as a gathering area but as an additional storage space for the family living in the villa. The current owners wanted to convert the space into a guest home for family and friends visiting Kuwait. The result was a functional, self-contained studio with some striking locally upcycled pieces.
