Gulf Shore Condo

A complete renovation or this, now larger kitchen. The custom finish on cabinets, under mount microwave, and a stunning glass backsplash.

The before remodel had a garden tub that was never used. This valuable space was reworked for a large walk in shower.

And here is the small shower next to the garden tub, this was taken out and made into the entrance for the walk in shower.

The old builders plate glass mirror, as well as the drop down make up area was out dated and not as functional.

The old living room had wall to wall carpeting that was cut off and transitioned to tile. The drapery and ruffled valance were totally showing their age.

The old dining room on white tile flooring and alabaster chandelier are about to go and make room for a whole new look.

The transition from tile to carpeting is now replaced with Legno Bastone wood flooring throughout the condo.

The kitchen over hang will be taken down to open up the ceiling height. The split level counter top with bar height will also be gone, replaced with one large counter top height surface.

The new master bath with custom cabinetry now offers plenty of storage space. Beautiful Kravet wall covering pulls in the colors being used in the master bedroom. Legno Bastone flooring runs right into the bath.

The kitchen is amazing! Hidden outlets allow for the glass tile to really not be interrupted by outlets. The two different counter tops are Cambria is a soft greys. The custom cabinets are fossil grey that picks up the grey tones in the flooring.

This living room was completely rearranged, replacing the sectional with two sofa's. This actually opened up the area. The walls are painted the softest dove grey that is used in the area rug, the coffee table and the artwork.

Another view of the stunning living room. The drapery are custom made from Italian fabric on brushed brass hardware. From this angle the ceilings soar high. The furniture arrangement allows for a great water view.

The bed was reworked by adding fabric panels to the headboard and footboard to have a fresh new look. The wood flooring looks great against the darker wood furniture. Custom cornice and bedding pull this whole room together.

The new powder bath has a unique wall covering, round wood spheres that pull off texture and color. the cabinet front is mirrored behind the wood detail.

Guest bedroom two has a great upholstered bed, dressed with Italian bedding and custom accents. The color palate of grey, brown and soft blue carry into the guest bath.

Guest bedroom 2 is perfect for two guests. Custom bed skirts, scaldino's and cornice also carry over the palate of neutrals, grey, and soft blue. The lightness of this room makes for very comfortable sleeping.

Guest Bath 2 with walk in shower. The tile is an amazing brown and grey with a linen like finish. This tile is also used in guest bath 1 and runs beautifully into the wood flooring.
