He was always available to us, gave great advice and was always prompt to solve any problems with trades people and deliveries, but most importantly – he really show how much he cared to have everything done well and on time for us. The concern he showed for every little detail was as if he was building his own house. All of the Alair staff we dealt with were also helpful, friendly and always courteous.”
