I would have to say that even though there a lot of beautiful homes on Gull Lake, (Which is my favorite and blue lake to boat on!) But, there is a lot of disjointed-ness between the architecture and the interior design of many of them. This can be easily be seen on websites like Zillow and other websites.

Even though many of the homes could be likened to a Rolls Royce in an architectural sense, the interiors as well as the furniture look like the interiors of a Honda swapped out for the interiors that normally go in a Rolls Royce!

To spend that kind of money on a lot, an architect possibly and a builder, and then " cheapen-out" in the interior furnishings just doesn't make sense!

Quite often I am appalled at this disconnect.

There are many under-furnished and semi-bare looking homes on Gull Lake. Not properly, space planned or furnished. They are not even decorated well. They look so amateur!

These homes should look like Architectural Digest inside, but they look worse than House and Garden! Bad decorating and bad interior design!
