Hampton Gardens Colonial Home Renovation

This whole home renovation addressed interior and exterior updates to refresh this nearly hundred year old home for a new family. Adding some space onto the back of the home, as well as reconfiguring the flow of the bottom floor creates a layout fit for a modern family.

We moved the kitchen from the front of the house to the center of the home, creating better flow and easier entertaining. A floating kitchen island creates additional storage and seating space. Industrial appliances are flanked by custom cabinetry and an ocean blue marble backsplash.

The entryway was updated with a new front door and glass transom which lets more light into the front of the home. Traditional arched doorways greet you upon entry, as do the warm hardwood floors, which are original to the home.
