This area of the open concept space is one of my favorites. The carpentry work of the fireplace feature wall is breathtaking. We are pleased how we were able to incorporate not only a stunning feature but an interesting design to hide the staircase to the 2nd floor and to the basement.

This is a compact bathroom yet it appears larger which is due to the colour combo and the 3D marble tile on the feature wall.

Open concept new build living room
We are in love with this fabulous custom kitchen that we designed for this modern new build. We were initially inspired by the retro backsplash tile which then created the colour palette for the enitre house.

This is a great neutral colour bathroom. The floor tiles have a retro pattern with the classic white penny tile on the shower floor and a smoky beige glossy porcelain tile on the shower walls.

Have fun with textures and colours. Mix and match metals (golds and silvers) and you can never go wrong with a hint of black in any space.

We love the sleek look of the material selection in this bathroom. Classic herringbone tile will never go out of style. We mixed it with a smoky beige gloss tile both in the 12x24 tiles and the 1 inch penny tiles on the shower floor. Finishing it off with the black hardware, mirror and fittings...
