This kitchen hadn't been renovated since the 1970's, so Ellen's clients were looking for an affordable makeover that would improve their current quality of life, as well as look tempting to future home buyers when they decide to sell.
By using cost effective materials in ways that look more high end than they actually are, Ellen was able to keep the project on budget while creating a transitional kitchen that will help their resale value.
The floors are Dewy Meadow Oak Waterproof Rigid Vinyl Plank Flooring from LL Flooring, stainless cabinet pulls and faucet are from HOUZZ, the countertops are Topus Concrete Caesarstone, shaker cabinets, stainless appliances and Chance Decor White 2x10 Polished Ceramic Wall Tile from Tile Bar for the backsplash.
