This 4,000 square foot home had many outdated features in need of a remodel. This home received a complete overhaul to both the basement walkout and main floor living areas, ending with a very modern style reflected in all the spaces. After demolition, updates included electrical rewiring, spray foam insulation, custom white oak stairs, California closets, new walk-in shower, new laundry room, kitchen, and more. Outside living areas also received an overhaul– concrete stairs leading from the deck to patio area below were made from concrete supported by a 6”x 8” tubular galvanized steel frame. The railing around the stair opening and down the stairs is also galvanized steel.
