This client chose to have a heated basement floor for their new house in Lansing. We lay the tubing infrastructure prior to the pour, get the concrete poured in the foundation, and leave the tubes ready to tie into the whole house HVAC system once the install is ready. This is an intensive process but the results are very worth it - especially in winter!!
