We completed this house after another builder was fired for mismanagement of funds. The framing was beginning to show signs of deterioration, casita slab was deteriorating rapidly and the basement began leaking a few months into the takeover. We shored everything up, excavated the basement and repaired the leaks according to engineer’s reccomendations. We were able to bring this fine home to completion and make it the dream home it was meant to be.
