Along the water's edge of Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, Florida, the Herman Residence radiates peace, health, and relaxation. The client wanted to experience the Atlantic Ocean as much as possible, thus they chose an apartment located on the fourth floor where they could hear the waves of the ocean and smell the salt of the sea. Studio Rodrigo Buelvas came into this project mid-progress, giving the client an opportunity to improve and respect what has already been designed by the original architect while implementing a new vision that involved creating inviting, open, and refreshing living spaces.
