In this kitchen project we used a combination of Omega and Embassy by Omega cabinetry. The wood species is Cherry. The perimeter is finished in a burgundy stain with an onyx glaze and the island has a blackberry finish, which is a black opaque stain with a sanded and mildly distressed technique to reveal burgundy tones underneath. These finishes provide a vintage elegance while still polished and current.
