When Barbara English, interior designer and CEO of TO THE TRADE ONLY wanted to update the dining room in this 130-year-old home with a bit of whimsy, the logical place to go was up! Decorative painter Kass Wilson used carefully placed stencils to not only add a focal point to the space, but also camouflage the many distracting vent registers and light fixtures dotting the ceiling.
