This Highland Beach condo enjoys both intracoastal and ocean views, with a beautiful cross breeze. In order to take advantage of all the space had to offer, we opened the entire living area by removing the kitchen wall and adding an island; thus providing the perfect gathering spot while in the kitchen. As a winter home for a busy grandmother, she wanted to make sure her family was comfortable during their time in Florida. We created an elegant, yet relaxed space with pops of color throughout to add a touch of fun. All the floors were changed, as well as all doors and trim, breathing new life into an otherwise dated condominium. The master bath vanity showcases the stunning black and white marble floors.
