A full-gut renovation in Highland Park for K Bennett Development Group. The house was in complete disrepair; the scope of work included gutting everything to the studs, structural repair, new framing and drywall, new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, new windows, roof, rear deck, front porch.

The original vestibule was removed to create a more open entryway. A pass through from the entry to the kitchen was replaced with a powder room (not pictured). The wall between the kitchen and dining room was replaced with a structural beam and an 8' accordion door was installed on the rear wall of the kitchen. The original stairs were salvaged and repaired. On the second floor a small bathroom was replaced with a master walk-in closet; a small kitchen was replaced with a master bathroom. A portion of a bedroom was sectioned off to create a full second bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the third floor.
