This project was a complete renovation of an upper terrace patio space. The client wanted additional patio space to serve as overflow for large gatherings. Smith & Baker installed all the bluestone and brick paving seen in the photos. We also renovated the drainage, irrigation and night lighting systems to reflect the new patio design. The project was finished off with new plantings and new St. Augustine sod.
