This 2800 SF home was completely remodeled by reconfiguring various rooms and spaces for better use and circulation.



On the exterior, the rear divided-lite french doors were replaced with larger single-lite french door or windows to improve the views of the ocean. Most of the door and window headers were raised. The kitchen got a bay window and some areas of exterior siding got some restrained ornamentation.

All the doors were replaced and the new windows had double paned low-E glazing. Other items replaced or upgraded were the insulation, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances and the HVAC system as well as the wood floors were re-sanded and stained.
