Property owner need a few things fixed for their Highlands rental property. For the garden level space I repaired a sticking bedroom door and old solid wood entry way door. The tenant was very pleased they no longer had to hip check that big door closed. For the main level a new faucet install was done for pedestal sink and a 3 hinge solid pine door installed to solve the problem of this silly lightweight no privacy double door unit shown in the picture.
