This three-year, multi-phase hillside renovation transformed an outdated landscape into a cohesive woodland garden responsive to slope, drainage, and long-term stewardship. Circulation and grade were carefully reworked, integrating natural stone paths and retaining elements to stabilize erosion and improve access.

Layered planting supports stormwater management through a naturalized dry creek system while softening structural interventions.
