In April 2015, the hotel company Hilton Worldwide opened the door for guests. The hotel is located on the banks of the Belaya River, in the historical centre of Ufa. It became the second joint project of the Russian developer KESKO and the world-famous hotel operator Hilton Worldwide.
The exterior is made using the world-proven ventilated façade technology with terracotta ceramic panels Moeding, with thermally broken attachment rainscreen system U-kon ATS-414.
It is worth noting that on January 8, 2017, in Chicago (USA) during the annual award ceremony of Hilton Worldwid's hotels, at which the Hilton Garden Inn Ufa Riverside received two prizes at once: "Pride Award" and "You can count on us Community Relations Award". And in 2016, became the winner in the nomination "Discovery of the Year" as part of the National Hospitality Awards!
